What if you could change the way each day unfolds simply by looking through a new lens?
Meditation, mindfulness, breathwork are all popular practices and trends to help us find relief from our wild, busy and stressful lives. If we’re being honest, we might meditate in hopes of changing the outside world into a kinder and gentler place, but the truth is we meditate to become kinder and gentler with ourselves and that changes our lives from the inside out.
It’s like having the remote control and the ability to change the channel of your life. You can binge watch the drama of your life unfold on the same channel every day, or you can tune in and change it.
WHAT CHANNEL ARE YOU WATCHING?
Take a moment to explore all of the thoughts, ideas, expectations, beliefs, roles, that you are tuned into. What are the first thoughts that come up around… Love, Money, Time, Success? What are you most worried about, what doubts you have about your life and how it’s unfolding?
Your answers are the conversations that are constantly taking place in your head, maybe without you even knowing it. Your answers are where your life energy is being sent and spent in every moment of every day.
WHAT IF THERE IS ANOTHER CHANNEL, A DIFFERENT SHOW?
Now imagine one by one, tuning out the answers that are not true, not supportive, not gentle or kind. Meditation invites you to do just that!
It takes courage to sit with your mind, to see the way it works for or against you, to see the dated stories and patterns and then to consciously decide to tune them out as many times as you need to find and live from a clear channel.
Meditation is simply training our state of being so that our mind and body can be synchronized. Through the practice of meditation we can learn to be without deception, to be fully and genuinely alive.

What does it mean to live from a clear channel? Life will always be a wild ride, we cannot escape the pain, or hold onto the joy. But imagine leaving all the baggage and host of monkeys in your mind behind?
Meeting every curve lighter, without fear, freer and maybe even fully alive with all your senses and energy available to tune in to what really matters to you.
How would the highs, lows and everything in between be different? How would your relationships with people, time, money and success shift?
That’s how meditation changes your life.
You don’t get off the ride, you become the ride.
